Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident investing in OwnOS. This policy explains exactly what happens to your money at each stage of the engagement.

Setup Fee

Before Stage 1 begins (before your onboarding questionnaire is sent):

Full refund within 7 days of payment. No questions asked. Email billing@ownos.ai.

After Stage 1 has begun:

The setup fee is non-refundable. Delivery work — including AI processing, agent time, and custom builds — begins immediately on provisioning and cannot be reversed.

Monthly Retainer

  • Cancel any time with 30 days written notice to team@ownos.ai
  • No partial month refunds — your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period
  • No long-term contract — month to month after the setup is complete

Service Credits

If OwnOS fails to deliver the agreed scope within a reasonable timeframe through no fault of the client, you are entitled to a service credit equal to one month's retainer fee. Service credits are applied to your next invoice and cannot be exchanged for cash.

What You Keep On Cancellation

  • Your complete ERP software codebase
  • Your business database with all data
  • All SOP documents and training materials
  • All tutorial videos and swimlane diagrams

What stops on cancellation: AI automations, intelligent routing, compounding business intelligence, and all AI-operated functions. Your software continues to work as a manual system.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Email billing@ownos.ai with your business name and the action you are requesting. We respond within 2 business days.
