Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines how you may and may not use your OwnOS system. By using OwnOS services you agree to these terms.

Permitted Use

• Use your OwnOS system to operate your own business
• Grant access to your employees and contractors for business operations
• Request customisations and additions through the OwnOS add-on menu
• Export your business data at any time
• Use the AI-generated SOPs and training materials to train your team

Prohibited Use

• No reselling or white-labelling: You may not resell, licence, or offer OwnOS services or systems to third parties under any branding
• No reverse engineering: You may not attempt to extract, reproduce, or reverse engineer OwnOS agent prompts, AI configurations, N8N workflows, or delivery methodology
• No illegal activity: You may not use OwnOS to process, store, or transmit data in violation of any applicable law
• No unauthorised access sharing: You may not share portal login credentials with individuals outside your organisation
• No privacy violations: You may not use OwnOS to collect or process personal data in ways that violate PIPEDA, GDPR, or any other applicable privacy law
• No system abuse: You may not attempt to overload, exploit, or interfere with OwnOS infrastructure or any other client's system

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension of your OwnOS service without refund. OwnOS reserves the right to terminate any account that breaches these terms after reasonable notice where practical.
